A Denver native, Spencer J. Crona practices principally in the areas of Colorado probate, estate and trust litigation, Conservatorships and Guardianships, probate review of personal injury settlements and estate administration.
Over the past 30 years, Mr. Crona has published numerous articles in professional journals and news media on probate litigation, personal injury settlement planning and a variety of public-policy issues. Through his extensive involvement in the probate sections of the Colorado Bar Association, he has participated in the drafting of numerous Colorado probate statutes, including statutory provisions for the Colorado Uniform Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Act, estate compensation of professionals and determinations of death in a mass-casualty incident. For more than 15 years, he has taught every year as invited faculty at professional seminars within his fields of practice. He has a Colorado Super Lawyer designation.
